Timothy M. Jones (he/him)
Founder and CEO

Timothy M. Jones is a veteran, entrepreneur, and inspirational speaker committed to fostering safe spaces and empowering communities globally. As the founder of Colorful Voices, a disabled, minority, LGBTQ-owned startup, Timothy specializes in providing specialized training in trauma mitigation, sexual assault prevention, and multi-disciplinary advocacy services. His personal journey of resilience and “Mental Hope Healing in Action” has shaped his unique ability to address complex challenges with empathy and impactful solutions.

Timothy has been recognized through various awards, including the Captain Melvin T. Stith Pioneer Award and   “Capital One LGBTQ Business We Love” Award by NAVOBA. He has also earned accolades from the University of West Florida and the John C. Maxwell Team for his leadership contributions.

Timothy’s speaking engagements have directly contributed to increasing reporting rates among men by 10-25%, significantly above the national average. His public speaking career has garnered widespread attention, including events at Joint Base Myers/Henderson Hall, Conmy Hall, and advocacy on the Florida Senate steps.

Timothy has successfully expanded Colorful Voices into a national crime service provider and is advancing the company’s domestic manufacturing journey with innovative products such as medication locks and lockboxes. With a clear mission to uplift crime survivors, veterans, and underserved populations, Timothy’s leadership aligns with global impact goals.

A neurodivergent individual and veteran with severe PTSD and a traumatic brain injury, Timothy has channeled his challenges into opportunities to inspire and uplift others. He has been featured in numerous digital, print, and audio platforms for his courageous advocacy, entrepreneurial initiatives, and leadership.

Timothy’s long-term vision is to create the safest global communities, free of stigma and shame. Through Colorful Voices, he aims to elevate the four pillars of “Mental Hope Healing in Action”, foster resilience, and create safe, compassionate spaces for individuals worldwide.

Jeffrey Mando (he/him)
Chief Information Officer

Jeffrey Mando offers over 27 years of IT experience and over three decades of government service. A visionary leader, Jeffrey excels in strategy, operations, procurement, and finance. His career highlights include spearheading initiatives like the award-winning “Lackawanna County Wireless Initiative.” Passionate about leveraging technology to improve communities, Jeffrey has consistently led teams to success on both regional and national levels. His leadership in IT and commitment to innovation make him a key player in advancing Colorful Voices’ goals.

CeCe Vargas (she/her)
Chief of Staff

CeCe Vargas blends her expertise in hospitality, media production, and strategic event coordination to chart the path forward for Colorful Voices. A Brooklyn College graduate with a BA in Television, Radio, and Emerging Media, CeCe has also studied Film and Drone Technology at the Korean University of Media Arts. Her global perspective, bolstered by multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, French, and Korean, enhances her ability to lead cross-cultural projects. From managing high-profile households to stage management and film production, CeCe’s diverse skill set and strategic insight drive her contributions to the company’s mission.

Natasha Dixon (she/her)
VP of Programs

Natasha Dixon brings extensive experience in media, content strategy, and programming to Colorful Voices. With a strong track record of curating impactful and inclusive content, Natasha is dedicated to leading the development of programming initiatives that reflect the organization’s mission of fostering inclusivity and cultural awareness. Having held leadership roles in previous organizations, Natasha’s passion for creating meaningful, resonant content ensures that Colorful Voices’ programs connect with diverse audiences.

Amanda LaLonde (she/her)
VP of Research and Development

A Syracuse University graduate, Amanda LaLonde plays a pivotal role in strategic planning and program development at Colorful Voices. Her ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and her expertise in crafting forward-thinking strategies make her an essential contributor to the organization’s growth and innovation. Amanda’s commitment to research and development ensures the company’s initiatives are both impactful and sustainable.

Sr. Service Support Specialist

Roberta Davila brings a unique and inspiring perspective to the Colorful Voices leadership team. As the second veteran to complete the organization’s comprehensive healing program, she embodies the resilience and recovery that Colorful Voices seeks to promote. Roberta’s dedication to her own journey and her commitment to supporting the organization’s mission make her a vital member of the executive team, ensuring that the company’s initiatives align with the needs of its participants.
